MS Nurse PRO biedt zes uitgebreide, interactieve cursussen in 12 verschillende talen aan. De eerste vijf cursussen vormen ons basisprogramma.

Voor elke voltooide cursus krijgen leden een badge die in hun profiel wordt weergegeven. Een certificaat van voltooiing is ook beschikbaar om te downloaden na succesvolle voltooiing van elke individuele cursus. Na succesvolle afronding van alle 5 cursussen binnen het basisprogramma, worden leden beloond met een certificaat van accreditatie en tot 30 uur aan credits voor permanente professionele ontwikkeling.

Course 1: Understanding MS: Course

This course will provide the essential concepts and information required to answer patients’ questions about what causes their disease and how the disease will affect their future life.

Course 2: Clinical Presentation

Type: Pad

This course reviews the different types of MS and their clinical features, including atypical presentations of the condition. Common symptoms are discussed and defined, along with the prognosis of people with MS.

Course 3: Diagnosis and Assessment (2012-)

Type: Pad

This course explains the diagnostic criteria for MS along with the associated diagnostic tools, their results and consequences in a manner that a nurse can easily understand and interpret, and then relay to a person who has MS.

Course 5: Care and Support (2012-)

Type: Pad

This course examines the relationship of the person with MS and the nurse. Participants learn about the psychological and social impact MS can have on individuals and their families. This includes mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

Course 6: Rehabilitation in MS (2018-)

This course highlights the importance and relevance of rehabilitation for the quality of life of people living with MS.

Course 7: Research in MS Nursing Practice (2022-)

Course 4: Treating Multiple Sclerosis (2023-)

Course 4 reviews the pharmacologic management of MS. It explores current disease modifying therapies (DMTs) and associated nursing issues. Symptom management is discussed with an emphasis on pharmacologic management.

Basisprogramma: Onze cursussen 1 tot 5 vormen samen ons Basisprogramma van MS Nurse Pro. Het is een essentiële stap om een algemeen erkend MS-verpleegkundige te worden. Ons Basisprogramma is geaccrediteerd door meerdere nationale en internationale instellingen. Wanneer leden cursus 1 tot 5 hebben afgelegd en geslaagd zijn voor het examen, ontvangen ze een accreditatiecertificaat dat kan worden gedownload.
Basisprogramma: Revalidatie. Dit programma omvat cursus 6. Wanneer de cursus voltooid is en de leden geslaagd zijn voor het examen, krijgen ze een badge die in hun profiel te zien is en een certificaat van voltooiing dat kan worden gedownload.
