Door lid te worden van MS Nurse PRO wordt u ook lid van onze pan-Europese MS-verpleegkundige gemeenschap die peer-learning, hybride training en live webinars aanbiedt.

Vermoeidheid bij MS aanpakken: inzichten uit onze sessie voor het delen van best practices

Vermoeidheid is een van de meest voorkomende en invaliderende symptomen van multiple sclerose (MS) en heeft invloed op de onafhankelijkheid, het dagelijks functioneren en de therapietrouw van patiënten. Tijdens de eerste MS Nurse PRO Best Practice Sharing Session kwamen verpleegkundigen uit heel Europa, met name uit Turkije, bijeen om praktische inzichten en evidence-informed benaderingen uit te wisselen om met dit complexe symptoom om te gaan.

Course 1: Understanding Multiple Sclerosis (2024-)

This course provides the essential concepts and information required to answer patients’ questions about what causes their Multiple Sclerosis and how the disease will affect their future life.

Course 2: Clinical Presentation of Multiple Sclerosis (2024- )

This course reviews the different types of MS and their clinical features, including atypical presentation of the condition. Common symptoms will be discussed and defined, along with the prognosis of people with MS.

Course 3: Diagnosis and Assessment (2012-)

This course explains the diagnostic criteria for MS along with the associated diagnostic tools, their results and consequences in a manner that a nurse can easily understand and interpret, and then relay to a person who has MS.

Course 4: Treating Multiple Sclerosis (2023- )

Course 4 reviews the pharmacologic management of MS. It explores current disease modifying therapies (DMTs) and associated nursing issues. Symptom management is discussed with an emphasis on pharmacologic management.

Course 5: Care and Support (2012-)

This course examines the relationship of the person with MS and the nurse. Participants learn about the psychological and social impact MS can have on individuals and their families. This includes mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

Course 6: Rehabilitation in MS (2018-)

This course highlights the importance and relevance of rehabilitation for the quality of life of people living with MS.

Course 7: Research in MS Nursing Practice (2022-)

This course provides nurses with a clear understanding of the value of research and why it is important in MS nursing.

Het Foundation Programme on MS Nursing is internationaal geaccrediteerd.

Basisprogramma MS Verpleegkunde: Cursus 1, 2, 3, 4 en 5

Vijf uitgebreide, boeiende e-learningcursussen ter ondersteuning van de veranderende rol van Europese verpleegkundigen die zorgen voor mensen met multiple sclerose. Elke cursus richt zich op een ander aspect van MS en samen vormen ze het basisprogramma

Het programma Revalidatie bij MS richt zich volledig op Multiple Sclerose en Revalidatie bij MS voor revalidatiebehandelaars. Bij succesvolle afronding ontvang je een certificaat.

Een community voor MS-verpleegkundigen

MS Nurse PRO is een actieve gemeenschap van verpleegkundigen die streven naar geharmoniseerde minimale zorgnormen voor mensen met MS in heel Europa om die mensen en hun verzorgers te empoweren.

De missie van MS Nurse PRO is om zowel op Europees als op nationaal niveau online en offline educatieve inhoud te bieden, te delen en te netwerken voor verpleegkundigen en andere beroepsbeoefenaren in de gezondheidszorg die werken met mensen met MS in Europa.

Lid worden van de MS Nurse PRO-gemeenschap is gratis voor zorgverleners die actief zijn in de klinische praktijk. De community staat open voor professionals van alle nationaliteiten die direct of indirect werken met of voor mensen met MS.
