I had certificates in the 'old system' of MS Nurse PRO and I cannot find them in the new system?
All certificates will be migrated in March 2021.
However, certificates will only migrated if you used the link provided in the 'activate your member account' (from [email protected]) to activate your member account.
My email address has changed since I joined MS Nurse PRO. With the new system: what should I do?
If you have no certificates in the old system: create a new member account with the new email address.
If you have certificates in the old system: use your old email address (using the link provided!)
Migration: Failing to reset password (token invalid)
Should you get a 'invalid token' error when using the link in the email to activate your member account, please try again.
The initial validity of the token might have expired and we have re-activated the token.
