For hvert gjennomført kurs tildeles medlemmene et merke som vises i profilen deres. Et fullføringsbevis er også tilgjengelig for nedlasting etter vellykket gjennomføring av hvert enkelt kurs. Etter vellykket gjennomføring av alle 5 kursene i stiftelsesprogrammet, vil medlemmene bli belønnet med et akkrediteringsbevis og opptil 30 timers fortløpende faglig utvikling.

This course will provide the essential concepts and information required to answer patients’ questions about what causes their disease and how the disease will affect their future life.

Course 2: Clinical Presentation

This course reviews the different types of MS and their clinical features, including atypical presentations of the condition. Common symptoms are discussed and defined, along with the prognosis of people with MS.

Course 3: Diagnosis and Assessment

This course explains the diagnostic criteria for MS along with the associated diagnostic tools, their results and consequences in a manner that a nurse can easily understand and interpret, and then relay to a person who has MS.

Course 5: Care and Support

This course examines the relationship of the person with MS and the nurse. Participants learn about the psychological and social impact MS can have on individuals and their families. This includes mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

Course 6: Rehabilitation in MS

This course highlights the importance and relevance of rehabilitation for the quality of life of people living with MS.

Course 7: Research in MS Nursing Practice

Course 4: Treating MS (NEW)

Course 4 reviews the pharmacologic management of MS. It explores current disease modifying therapies (DMTs) and associated nursing issues. Symptom management is discussed with an emphasis on pharmacologic management.

MS Nurse PRO tilbyr to grunnleggende programmer:

Grunnleggende program: Kurs 1 til 5 utgjør det grunleggende MS Nurse PRO-programmet. Det er et viktig trinn mot å bli en anerkjent MS-sykepleier. Det grunnleggende programmet vårt har blitt akkreditert av flere nasjonale og internasjonale institusjoner. Etter at medlemmer har gjennomført kurs 1 til 5 og bestått eksamen, får de et godkjenningssertifikat som kan lastes ned.
Grunnleggende program: Rehabilitering. Dette programmet består av kurs 6. Etter fullført kurs og bestått eksamen får medlemmene et merke som vises i profilen og et kursbevis som kan lastes ned.
