From leading the nurse sessions to showcasing research and connecting with the MS community, MS Nurse PRO made a strong impact at ECTRIMS 2025. This year’s programme highlighted key topics such as health literacy, patient activation, shared decision-making, and digitalisation—reflecting the evolving role of MS nurses in empowering people with MS and improving clinical outcomes.
Our advocacy journey continues! Building on our study, we are developing concrete, evidence-based recommendations to strengthen nursing roles, reduce workload pressures, and enhance multidisciplinary care across Europe.
Through upcoming events — including a roundtable discussion and a session at the European Parliament — we aim to bring together policymakers, healthcare leaders, and patient voices to shape a more sustainable, person-centered future for MS care.
MS Nurse PRO is launching a survey to assess the clinical impact of its Foundation Programme. This initiative aims to improve our Courses by better understanding how the programme influences the practice of nurses and carers, improving MS patient care and professional confidence.
